The Backstory on Lonomi Crossfit

Derek and Nate met years ago through CrossFit and through working out together a strong bond was formed. They started working out regularly with one another in their garages and competed as teammates in multiple competitions. The two and their families became close; so close that Derek was the officiant at Nate's wedding! A dream was born about opening their own affiliate that reflected the experience they had with CrossFit. They want to make everyone feel championed, seen, and they want to help bring people together through fitness.
